Chairman of the Board of Yi Tsai

Mr. Rosario Strano, graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bari, Italy,  is a very experienced banker.

Mr. Strano joined Banca Intesa in 2002 as Head of the Human Resources and Organization of the Italian and International Subsidiary Banks Division.

Since 2007, following the merger between Banca Intesa and Sanpaolo IMI, Mr. Strano served firstly as Head of the Human Resources and Organization Department of International Subsidiary Banks Division and as Director of the Resources and Governance Department of the same Division afterwards.

Since 2015, he has been the Group Human Resources Director of Intesa Sanpaolo.

Since 2018, he has been the Chief Operating Officer of ISP, also representing the Group as member of the Executive Committee of the Italian Banking Association (ABI).

Since 2020, he has been the Head of “Strategic China Project” of Intesa Sanpaolo and he is currently member of the Board of Directors of Bank of Qingdao (China) and of the Board of Directors and related Steering Committee of the Italy China Council Foundation.

Prior to joining Intesa Sanpaolo Group, Mr. Strano worked for Banco di Roma, Alitalia, Ansa National Press Agency, Poste Italiane and other Institutions.

Marco Fabris was born in Varese and studied at the University Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.

Marco started his career in Intesa Sanpaolo in 2001 in Central Planning & Control Department covering different positions in Group Controlling and Tableau de Bord.

In 2011 he joined the International Subsidiary Banks Division as Head of Financial Monitoring office covering Budget, Business Plan and Controlling for 11 banks belonging to the Division.

After being appointed in 2015 as Senior Director with the responsibility of the Planning & Control Sub-Department of the Division, in 2018 became Executive Director with Responsibility of the whole Planning and Control activities of the International Subsidiary Banks Division – Intesa Sanpaolo coordinating also the activity the Chief Financial Officers of the Subsidiaries in relation to the Planning & Control functions.

Marco is Supervisory Board, Audit Committee and Risk Committee Member at VUB Bank Slovakia and Board of Directors member in Yi Tsai China.

Mr. Giraldo has 25 years of experience in the asset-management industry and in-depth knowledge of developing business in a dynamic financial world.

From 2004 to 2009, Mr. Giraldo served as regional manager of the private banking department at Fideuram-Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking S.p.A., top private bank in Italy.
Prior to that he worked as a manager of Ambrosiano Veneto Bank and Popolare Friuladria Bank of Intesa Sanpaolo Group from 1992.

From 2009 to 2012, Mr. Giraldo was wealth-management and private banking expert at Bank of Qingdao, where he supported its wealth-management and private banking business. Mr. Giraldo was the Assistant President of Bank of Qingdao from 2012 to 2015.

Mr. Giraldo has the registry of licensed advisors and distributors of financial instruments (including but not limited to Mutual Funds, Insurances, Stocks, Bonds, Futures, Options, PE/VC, Private Placements) of Italian Companies and Stock Exchange Commission and he has passed the fund qualification exam of AMAC（Asset Management Association of China）.

Silvia Rinaldi was Born in Turin, she is Head of Group Shareholdings Department.

She Graduated with honors in Economics and Business from the University of Turin. Licensed Chartered Accountant (Order of Chartered Accountants of Turin No.1304), Certified Public Auditor (Registry No. 111238), finished the Inter Alpha Banking Programme in the year of 1996.

Silvia Rinaldi started working at the Research and Studies Department of Istituto Bancario Sanpaolo in Turin in early 1991. Since 1997 held managerial roles. She has successively held the positions as Head of Financial Statements and Tax Affairs (IMI Investimenti), Head of Shareholdings Operational Management (Corporate Affairs and Shareholdings), In 2024 appointed Head of Group Shareholdings Department within the Chief Equity, Legal & M&A Officer Area. Managers 110 subsidiaries and a 4.5 billion of minorities portfolio (shareholdings and equity funds).

Is and has been board member for ISP Group, in Banks management board (having overcome ECB assessment), Payment Systems, Financial institutions, either in Italy or abroad.

Native language is Italian, fluent in English and French (written and spoken).

Hugo Patrick Doyle was Born in Detroit,  he sit on the Head of International Public Affairs, Intesa Sanpaolo.

Hugo Patrick Doyle graduated with honors in Economics from Bocconi University, Milan and earned a MSc in Finance at the University of London in 1994 (best student award).

Hugo Patrick Doyle joined Banca Commerciale Italiana (then incorporated by Intesa Sanpaolo) in 1995, He has successively held positions in Milan, London, Rome and other places,working on overseeing relations with governments, multilateral actors and think tanks, and with public entities engaged in Italy’s internationalization efforts, together with focusing on international regulatory matters and geopolitical trends that are relevant to the bank.

Hugo Patrick Doyle is part of the B20 Task Force on Finance & Infrastructure, the BIAC -OECD Task Force on Financeand I sit on the Board of Directors of Istituto Affari Internazionali; Ialsosit on the boards of various bilateral chambers of commerce and trade & investment associations.

Mother tongue English and Italian, fluent in French, conversational in Spanish and Swedish.
